THE OWNER OF SEVERAL ECOMMERCE BRANDS WANTED TO SELL ONE OF HIS BRANDS TO FOCUS ON HIS NEW STRATEGY BEYOND ECOMMERCE

SINCE 2017, THE BRAND HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL ON VARIOUS MARKETPLACES WITH SEVERAL TOP LISTINGS AND SELLS ITS GOODS VIA A STORE. 

 

IN ADDITION TO AN APPROPRIATE PURCHASE PRICE, A PROFESSIONAL CONTINUATION OF THE BRAND BY A NEW OWNER WAS IMPORTANT TO THE SELLER.

 

AFTER A JOINT EVALUATION OF THE BRAND AS WELL AS THE CREATION OF ESSENTIAL INDICES, WE CREATED THE ANONYMOUS MEMORANDUM. THROUGH TARGETED APPROACHES TO POTENTIAL BUYERS AND INITIAL INTERVIEWS BETWEEN THE SELLER AND PROSPECTIVE BUYERS, THE OWNER RECEIVED THREE INDICATIVE OFFERS. 

 

AFTER COORDINATION WITH THE BRAND OWNER, WE JOINTLY STARTED AND CARRIED OUT THE DUE DILIGENCE. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE DUE DILIGENCE, THE INTERESTED PARTY CONFIRMED HIS OFFER AND THE BRAND CHANGED HANDS AFTER ALMOST FOUR MONTHS.

A SINGLE-PRODUCT LABEL FOR CHILDREN'S NEEDS WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW BRAND OWNER AT SHORT NOTICE. WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON THE CREATION OF MARKETING MATERIALS FOR THE BRAND SALE AS WELL AS A TARGETED APPROACH TO SUITABLE PROSPECTIVE BUYERS, THE ACTUAL BUYER FOR THE BRAND COULD BE FOUND ON THE SAME DAY OF THE APPROACH. 

 

THE INVESTOR WAS QUICKLY WON OVER FOR THE BRAND. THE POTENTIAL FOR AN EXTENDED PRODUCT FAMILY WAS ALSO IDENTIFIED IN DISCUSSIONS. AFTER TWO MEETINGS BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE INVESTOR, IT WAS POSSIBLE TO DECIDE ON THE SALE AT THE SELLER'S DESIRED PRICE JUST ONE WEEK AFTER THE INITIAL APPROACH, SO THAT THE ORIGINALLY ADVISED TARGET DATE FOR THE SALE WAS NOT REACHED.

THE OWNER OF AN FBA BRAND HAD BEEN TRYING TO PITCH HIS BRAND INDEPENDENTLY TO POTENTIAL BUYERS FOR HALF A YEAR. THE OWNER WANTED TO SELL HIS LABEL BECAUSE HE HAD REACHED THE LIMITS OF HIS GROWTH DUE TO LIMITED FINANCING POSSIBILITIES.

AFTER SEVERAL FRUITLESS TALKS WITH POTENTIAL INVESTORS, THE OWNER STARTED WORKING WITH LUCKY FLIPPERS. 

 

TOGETHER WE REVISED THE MARKETING MATERIAL AND PRESENTED IT TO THE LUCKY FLIPPERS INVESTOR NETWORK.

ALREADY IN THE FIRST ROUND OF PRESENTATIONS, SEVERAL PARTIES CONFIRMED THEIR INTEREST IN BUYING THE COMPANY. ONE INVESTOR FROM EUROPEAN COUNTRIES SHOWED PARTICULAR INTEREST IN A TAKEOVER. THIS BUYER ULTIMATELY ALSO WON THE BID TO TAKE OVER THE "RED" PROJECT.

IN THIS PROJECT, THE FOUNDER HAS BUILT UP A BRAND FOR HOUSEHOLD GOODS. IN THE SALES PROCESS, THIS BRAND WAS INITIALLY PRESENTED ANONYMOUSLY TO THE LUCKY FLIPPERS INVESTOR NETWORK.

INTERESTED PARTIES RECEIVED FURTHER INFORMATION AND DATA ABOUT THIS BRAND AFTER SIGNING A CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT. 

 

AFTER REVIEWING SEVERAL INVESTORS AND THEIR OFFERS, THE OWNER DECIDED ON HIS MOST SUITABLE OFFER. LUCKY FLIPPERS ACCOMPANIED THE FURTHER PROCESS FROM THE DRAFTING OF THE CONTRACT TO THE HANDOVER. THE BRAND LIVES ON SUCCESSFULLY UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND CONTINUES TO GROW IN SALES AND PROFIT.
